Fundraiser confirmation, Order Forms, & Marketing materials will be sent via email.
How many sellers do you expect to sell for your fundraiser?
MUST be at least 7 days from today.
Recommended to be at least 14 days, with 30 being optimal.
MUST be at least 3 weeks from Selling End Date.
Will be used in marketing materials to help you sell if uploaded. Not required
Important Instructions/Notes
You will receive an email from Baked by Grace CONFIRMING the details of your fundraiser request immediately upon your submission of this form.
Within 24hrs, you will receive ANOTHER email confirming the details, with the attached order forms & brand specific marketing materials to provide to your sellers. We want you to succeed!
On the selling end date of your fundraiser, the contact person of the fundraiser will be responsible for gathering the order forms from the "sellers" and one of our team will be in touch to schedule a time to either pick them up, or you can email them to bakingbygrace@yahoo.com.
Once the orders are turned in/picked up by Baked by Grace, the organization will receive an invoice for the 50% of sales due to Baked by Grace, due immediately upon receipt.
Your cookies will be delivered on the delivery date you specify to the Organization address on file, unless a different location is requested.
(Delivery Date MUST be 3 weeks post order form turn in.)
All cookies will be boxed and labeled with the Organization/Teacher Name, Seller Name, & Customer Name. This ensures an easy sorting process as you get them to your sellers to be delivered.
