Important Instructions/Notes

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a price quote usually within 48 hours.
Once you accept the quote, we will email you an invoice for the 50% deposit. THIS IS REQUIRED.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE as we cannot return supplies once we order them for your cake. The only reason a deposit will be refunded is in the event we cannot deliver the cake for an unforeseen issue.
We highly recommend you allow us to deliver your custom cake. Once cakes are picked up, they are no longer our responsibility, and we will not be liable for damages due to improper handling/driving.
Delivery to Knox, Union, Grainger, Claiborne, Anderson Counties is FREE, others may require an additional fee which will be included in the quote if necessary.
If your event is outdoors - we do not recommend whipped icing AT ALL! Buttercream will also melt in high temps. We suggest refrigeration of cakes until time of your event.
